Well went kbox n shopping with tong.... Ktv was fun... as usual.. It had been so long since we went ktv that we even forgot how to operate the system. :P... But of cos we got the hang of it in no time. haha... Oh n also it was so cold that Tong had to wear my labcoat.. I shall sensor the pic till Tong approves it.. haha...

After that it was a little shopping trip. I was so looking forward to getting cheap but nice stuff from Bugis. But hell... it was such a disappointment. There was nothing interesting in either Bugis Street or Bugis Junction. So we had strudels and moved on to this new place opposite bugis parco. Man.. it was pathetic too. So i only managed to get some books for my mom and a necklace for myself.. How sad..

Plan tmr got cancelled... SIEN to THE MAX... now need to find some other stuff to do...

Well holidays should be free n easy but it;s so hard to plan anything when so many things r not certain n somethings just come in between somewhere where u cant plan anything at all bcos of it... man.... holiday-streessss.... But of cos i rather hav this kinda stress than facing wateva shit school can give.

1. Shopping!!!!!..... I hadnt shopped for so damn long.. I really missed shopping.. And yea... finally can shop!!!....

Paul bought a pair of Reef Slippers from River Island. According to him, it's bcos River Island is like 7-11.. hmm???!!???

2. Movie... Spiderman 3!!!!!!!!.. GO SPIDEY!!!!!!!!

3. Supper=24 hr Bak Kut Teh....

This is not the one we had... haha...din manage to get the pic... But it looked similar and it did taste good...! especially the non-oily and non-pig trotter-looking pig trotter...

Yup .. it really feels good to be free from the stress of school and pressure from exams... The air is so much fresher, while the sky seems so clear and the sun just keeps telling u:"life is beautiful !" ... I really Cant wait to enjoy this break and make the best out of it....

just too tired of studying

A dragonfly flew into the ktv room the other day... sis n i were studying..and i felt so sorry for the fly.. it was jus flying all over.. hiding everywhere..trying to find its way out... So we opened the window and the door, hoping that it would find its way out... But it still kept flying all over and it became more agitated instead.

So i jus said "Chill chill...chill man.." Then my sis went on..." Sabar Sabar..." Then we kept talking to it in different languages..."Ni Hao.. Man Man Lai"(chinese)..."An yong ha seh yor... kam sa ha mi da... oh mo ni... Pi Gung Ma Ma...."(korean)... " etc etc .. even when all that we said made no sense at all...... Guess we were just bored and tired of studying for exam...

Yea.. i know..this is a lame entry.. But i just wanna find something to do before i start mugging for my very last paper.. Just had one paper an hour ago.. It really used up hell a lot of my energy and brain power... It's time to delete the old memory and stuff in some other crap now...

Yup.. so we went.. we were the youngest there though... the people were pretty friendly n nice.. but they r all like working adults.. So our frequency didnt match like how we would have fun with the youngsters... But afterall, it was fun.. The best part was of cos when we started taking photo.. ehehehehehe....here's some of them...

Well being a cinderella, i had to get home early.. especially when i was suppose to be studying for my exam...So i told Boon to send me home.. n the rest of the people there then suggested to escort me home with 6 Smart Cars before they went for a drive along the beach...



Man..it was pretty exciting.... The 6 tiny cute Smart Cars did manage to get quite some attention on the road.. haha...... Well with pictures taken, and such a great escort home, the experience wasnt that bad after all...:P

Qing Ming

Tomb Sweeping Day and Clear Brightness Festival are the most common English translations of 'Qingming'. Tomb Sweeping Day is used in several English language newspapers published in the Republic of China.

For the Chinese, it is a day to remember and honour one's ancestors. Young and old pray before the ancestors, sweep the tombs and offer food, tea, wine, chopsticks, (joss) paper acessories, and/or libation to the ancestors.

Yea.. I think Qing Ming is a pretty meaningful thing. My family would never fail to go sweep the tomb of my uncle, grandpa and great-grandparents. We normally do it with a lot of relatives. So it's quite fun..

This year, my dad was a lil kiasu cos he was afraid of the crowd and the traffic, so we left our house by 6 this year. When we reached there, it was still dark and we had to use to torchlights to look for my uncle's tomb. Well but luckily we went early, cos it started raining after that. Well, we did all the usual thing this year.. swept the tomb, offered food etc etc. But at my great-grandparents' tomb, the kids were playing with the firecrackers and one girl got hurt when the firecracker repelled and kanna her foot. Luckily it wasnt serious.. My uncles were like :" haiyo,...okok..stop playing.." But after a while they themselves started playing and they finished the entire packet of firecrackers. Lol..

In the afternoon, my cousins came!!!..woohoo!!!! hadn't seen them for so so long man.. I miss them so much!!! They r still so irresistably adorable.... omg omg omg.. how i wish they can jus stay here 4eva...
