ok...it has been quite some time since i last updated my blog. After finals, went straight into training camp from 11 to 30 may. Then travelled up to Terengganu for Sukma. For Vb, the competition ended on the 7th.
In our preliminary group, we had to play against 3 groups before we entered quarters. In our group, there were Johor, Pahang, Sarawak and Kedah. Sarawak was 1st the last time round while Pahang was 3rd if i m not wrong. And they were two strong teams consisting many experienced and talented players. Luckily we managed to come together and beat Pahang(3-0), Sarawak(3-1) and Kedah (3-0) in prelim. At quarters, we faced up with Penang and managed to win by 3-0. Then we went on to Semi against Kuala Lumpur. It was an important match and thank god we did it again and managed to get into FINALS!...
At finals, it was us Johor and Sarawak again.. It was a tough match. They were really good i must say. The match lasted for 1 hr and 15 min. And the score was 25-21, 12-25, 27-25, 18-25 and 13-15. So in the end, we lost by 3-2 in total. It was a pity but well... haih.....shall not brood about it now.
It was a great experience. Although we din get champ, we did learn a lot and gained a lot from this entire journey. It was such a long and tiring process, but at the same time, it gave me strength and brought me joy as well as friendship that i would never forget. It has only been one day since the team dismissed, but i am already missing everyone.. miss training together, miss living together, miss competing together, miss complaining together, miss gossipping together, miss cheering together, miss fighting together... arh... i miss everything that we had.
But of cos... it's better to smile bcos it happened rather than to cry bcos it's over right? so ya.. thank god for giving me such a great chance to play and to meet them. No regret in this entire journey. I totally love it!..
