A short weekend trip...

Went up to Subang to find Pat and Jamie....

Jamie is leaving for Perth real soon.. This girl is still as sweet as before ... The kinda sweetness that would make guys dote her a lot..hahaha... Sammun and Meixian came too... Well so glad to meet up with them n talk bout our past.. n also the future.. And of cos.. when girls get together, how can we not gossip.. hiak hiak hiak....

It was really cool to get to update each other n meet up after so long...... Really glad to know that they r doing well too.. Hope to see everyone again man.. Really.. Miss G6 so much...! ...

hmm...Ivp jus ended... Although the ending isnt as great as last year, it is still an experience to remember...

Well anyways.. Had fun with the team throughout the entire experience. Will remember wateva that happened...like The "cannot-get-a-court" thing,... the suppers/dinners after training.. the gossiping,..the shopping..the "chilling" during matches....the cheering (nus ace during timeout) that jus need someone to lead by saying "1 2 3..--- NUS ACE!... lol...

Hmm..not very good with expressing my thoughts n feeling.. Well jus write wateva i can think of now..

First of all... I m really glad to meet such nice people and nice team in Spore.. Was alredi thinking of this last year.. Seriously.. Things can be really bad if u dont meet good people.. Thats y i m really thankful to have met all these girls.. Without them, i won't be able to enjoy vb here in spore. so thanks ya!..

Although we werent that close at the very beginning while we were training for ivp 2006, we got "tight" pretty fast. Remember after ivp was over last year.. we had like steamboat and bbq kinda thing in hall?..that was really fun and cool..... Then came the KL training trip which made us tighter..... And then SuniG and Ivp this year... Cant say that we been through a lot cos it's only about two years or less.. But cant say that we havent been through a lot too. cos we hav been training, competing and having fun and spending some time together.. So it;s really awesome that we hav all these that build up our "tight-ness" and also something that bring us together and of cos something for us to remember.

Ha and also.. i must say.. this is the most Chill team i hav ever been in. Cenying agreed too. Thanks to ms Rebecca(Shu mei..lol). "eh chill...chill.." she will say this anytime anywhere.. even in the middle of a match. And also any problem that happened would not seem like a problem to the team.. Bcos the team is really steady.. Haha.. Seriously.. Nothing is a big deal.. Rushing our warmup=no big deal.. Scores lagging=no big deal.. jus chill n play n get it back..... etc etc.. Thats y it felt super safe and assured with the team around...haha

Well everything has come to an end.. It's really kinda sad.. So gonna miss ALL of them.. gonna miss all the fun we had.. Gonna miss becca saying.."eh chill chill...".and "we how tight"..miss Siuyi sticking out her hand and jus say "1 2 3" and everyone would follow up by Nus Ace.......miss talking and laughing and cheering with cenying...... miss Mae's super duple deep dimples.. miss heather walking like a kid in court..lol.....miss huiqin talking so damn fast.....miss xinhui talking to her hand....miss marlene looking so blur after not being able to receive a ball...oh and of cos gonna miss janet laughing and commenting bout the game during a match...

There are a lot more to be mentioned ..but it;s jus impossible to write down every single thing.. Plus some stuff are meant to be kept in heart and memory.. Wateva it is..i wont forget anyone in the team.. and hope that our "tight-ness" would not end .. hehe...

And of cos... a BIG THANK YOU for everything!!!!!.....

Ps: to the girls... we shall hav steamboat/bbq/seafood in Jb/shopping..or late night movie.. or mahjong or anything k... haha

it's only the third week of sch...but it feels like three months of sch ... Although i hav only three days of sch each week, it's still tiring.. All the workload is so damn making me tired and sick.,..

I wanna go somewhere...anywhere with no sch, no sorrow, no stress, no reality... I am so missing Redang.-de paradise... I wanna go lie down on the beach n enjoy the breeze.. I Wanna go travelling with frens n jus relax too... any frens, anywhere... ARH!...

I wanna meet pat too... Havent seen him for quite some time.. Really din know that LDR is THAT HARD!... :(

All in all i jus dont wanna study..haha... Wat's metabolism, biochemistry, sociology...arh..they would be interesting if they dont stress me up that much.. or rather NUS dont stress the students up so much... :P

Well the UK people should be starting a new sem n some might even hav exam.. so all the best ya. Australian peeps..hmm..holidays sia.. hav fun to the max man.. Ciao..

Thanks to Ah gong ah po... So sweet!!... i dont even remember my lunar bday... they always remember it for me..n maybe even for my parents cos i doubt my parents remember it too..haha.. 21st Bday Celebration part 2

Had one more celebration with Pat last weekend.. He did all the planning and i had no clue of wat was gonna happen... So here was how it went...

6:00pm..I called him on the phone..

Me: " dear where r u now..?"

Pat: "I m still in HP..gonna send my laptop for repair..hold on ok.."

Me:"arh?? but u told me to get ready at 6....."

Pat: " sorry dear..i will be there asap k.."

So i was a little pissed that he was late for my bday celebration .. That kinda show how insincere he was huh... BUT.. when i got in his car.. the first thing he said was Sorry.. so ok fine.. he was forgiven.. and Next.. he stretched his hand to the back seat and grabbed sth from there... Da Dang.. it was THIS!>>>

I had always said that flowers with a bear in the middle is damn nice and he had always been saying that they r not practical and it's jus a waste of money... :ahhaa...but he got it still,,:P.. Plus he was late bcos of the flowers.. At that moment.. i felt so bad for getting angry at him for being late...:(...

Then on our way to our dinner place..

Pat:" nice or not the flower?? is it enough for ur bday??"

Me:" nice..enough enough...thanks dear.."

Pat:" sure or not.."

Me:" ahhaha ya la...but it's not something that i can use leh(jokingly)..after a while it will get dry.."

Pat:" huh? not enough arh..."

Me:" no la..enough la..joking oni ok... thanks dear.."

Pat:" sorry lor... i din buy anything else.."

Me:" haiyo..nvm ok..it's enough.."

Ok that conversation may not mean anything now..but it made sense in the later part of the story....

So he brought me to TGI for dinner.. I was alredi feeling a little uncomfortable for no reason..jus not used to dining in Jotic. Furthermore it was a lil cold in there..i had to wear a sweater that didn't match my clothing at all and that din make me feel very comfortable as well. All in all i was jus feeling uncomfortable.. But that wasnt the worst... Then it came the time for our dessert.. and CRAP!!...about 6-7 staffs came to our table with a mudpie(with candle)... It would be ok if they were jus gonna sing bday song to me.. But hell!!.. i had to stand on a chair and sing and shout " I LOVE FRIDAY's" and blow the candle on the mudpie from really far away.. WTH man.. Pat actually knew that the staff there would come up with something... ARH... it was scary.. luckily none of my frens were there..

Finally...out of danger

After dinner.. we drove into Spore.. He wanted to bring me to Sentosa for a stroll... cos i had been saying that i wanna go there for a stroll at night.. But too bad.. it was drizzling. So changed of plan. We just went to the town. Then before we got down, he stretched his hand to the back seat and grab something again... And man..another present.. Something that i can use..

pat:" happy? this one can use or not?"

me:" huh? (shocked)..dear..y spend so much..i dont want u to spend so much..?"

pat:" haiyo.. nvm la..u like it or not?"

me:" yes dear..thanks dear..." (was gonna cry soon)

pat:" dont be stupid.. u like then can alredi.."

So basically the whole night was full of surprises.. a night to remember for sure.. Thanks dear!!...

Oh ...PS!!!: SMC JB VB Girls(former/current), there is a dinner organised by the JB volleyball association.(19Jan 2007, 7:30) It's for charity purpose. Some Big fella and former VB people are invited. Ms Agatha asked us if we r interested in getting one table(RM500 for 10people).. She said that it would be a good chance to meet up with some really old seniors.. (maybe like sir's coach or whoever..lol).. So if anyone is interested..pls contact me k.. Thanks!.

Just My Luck..?!

This morning, while driving, i almost knocked down a squirrel. Man..cos normally when u drive, dogs, cats and birds would "siam"(avoid) u very fast... But damn..the squirrel was slow...and i guess it din know how to react.. I couldnt break hard either cos there was another car behind me.. so i break a little..and phew..luckily i din knocked it down.. if not it would be so sinful..

Went for dinner at Yenlin's ikan bakar place. We ordered hell a lot of food.. And the super host miss yenlin added more food.. She recommended us this "little crab" that was so cripsy and din taste like crabs at all.. it was really special.

ok..the food was fabulous. But that isnt the main point.. While we were eating, i saw a piece of green color paper thing at about 5 metres away from our table. It looked like a RM50 note. I wasnt really sure of that. So i asked the group:"eh..is that 50 bucks?".. Then the rest went.."wah..really eh.."(loudly).. then we all started laughing about it. They kept asking me to pick it up. but i din dare to do it. Cos since young, my mom has always told me that.."dont pick up money on the streets, maybe some bomoh did something to it." So i was taught this way and i was afraid of getting the 50bucks. BUT the girls were like:" haiyo, take la..if u dont, other people will take too." .."u saw it..it's fated..just take la.." Yitong even told us a story that her mom scolded her for not picking up 20 bucks in a toilet. hahaha...

So i plucked up the courage to pick up the note with yenlin.. I used two pieces of tissue to grab the note instead of using my hand..cos i was still a little scared.. haha.. The rest thought that i wanted to make it look like i was picking up rubbish..lol.. After picking up, i felt super uneasy. It felt like i committed some crime. So to comfort myself, i asked the rest if they hav done such thing before since they were so into picking up that rm50. In the end, NONE of them hav picked up money from the street before. WTH!.. that din comfort me at all. Before that i thought.."shit this is my first time man.." and i thought they hav at least done it before.. but the truth is..they dont even hav a first time(except for the case where Boon picked up a Gucci Shade somewhere in a mall)... lol

Well wat is done is done. So we were thinking of ways to spend that money together. Charity? hmm no reliable charity donation in JB man... We wanted to spend it on either ktv or cycling at Danga Bay. But due to other reasons, we agreed to just buy some stuff from Kerry's and just get rid of that money.. haha..

I m not sure if i should feel lucky for that rm50. Somehow i think something must be wrong. When i said this in the car.. yitong jus went:" this is the first time i see people getting so worried after picking some stuff on the street. ".. so maybe i m jus thinking too much...

Then when i got home, i went to mom n sis. "hey guess what happened today?".. Mom:"u saw some tv star isit..?".. Me:"Er no..my frens n i picked up rm50 at our dinner place!"(i thought they would be surprised)... but who knows..Mom and sis went :" CHEH!!.." (loudly)....So after all it's no big deal huh.....ish..
